“Survey”: 374.1 million dinars, the value of real estate trades in the first third of 2025

The total value of real estate trades from the beginning of this year until yesterday, that is, during 4 months, exceeded the 374 million dinars barrier, while 7664 real estate transactions were made for the same period, according to the data of the area of ​​space and real estate registration. According to the area, the number of real estate transactions last January reached 1358, to register in February 1979, while 1637 transactions were registered last March.

The number of transactions last April reached 2,692 transactions, and in the largest share, compared to 1771 transactions that were recorded for the same period of the same year 2024, an increase of approximately 34.1%.

On the other hand, the total value of real estate trades during the last April amounted to 90.4 million dinars, as on the 7th day of the same month, the highest number of transactions reached 267 transactions, according to statistics. The number of real estate transactions on April 2 reached 132, while 106 transactions were registered on April 3, the number of which increased to 112 transactions on April 6, while its number on April 7 amounted to 267 transactions.

The number of real estate transactions on April 10 was 195, while 240 transactions were recorded on April 16, and 161 transactions on April 24.

It is noteworthy that the total value of real estate trading exceeded 283.7 million dinars during the first quarter of this year, while the total number of transactions reached 4974 transactions.
