Dubai, May 1 / WAM / The government cognitive exchange office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, in cooperation with the Federal Government Human Resources Authority, launched a new partnership, to provide the content of the “ready” platform that the authority supervises, in three languages, which are French, Spanish and Russian, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of government employees participating in knowledge exchange initiatives.

The ready -made digital platform aims to build government capabilities, stimulate talent, enhance skills with future tools, the ability to use emerging technology and associated regulatory frameworks, and enhance awareness of digital services.

The partnership supports efforts to enable the governments of partner countries in cognitive exchange programs and enhance their readiness for the future, build the capabilities of government cadres, and support talent, by taking advantage of the distinguished knowledge and training content offered by a ready -made platform.

The platform relies on artificial intelligence techniques to provide personal educational content that is in line with the path of each employee and the nature of his work, and includes a wide range of future skills such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, project management and acceleration of achievement in addition to specialized skills in the fields of human resources and cybersecurity.

His Excellency Abdullah Nasser Lootah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange, stressed the keenness of the government cognitive exchange office to expand cooperation with governments around the world in the areas of cognitive exchange, government modernization and promotion of government administration, by providing the best experiences and development mechanisms that the UAE government in various areas of work.

He said that the “ready” platform constitutes a qualitative addition to government capacity building systems on future foundations, and enhancing the flexibility and readiness of government talents for the requirements of the future, pointing out that providing the training content of the platform for governments participating in cognitive exchange programs will contribute to creating an important shift in the positive relations that the UAE government continues to develop with various countries of the world, with the aim of upgrading government work.

For his part, His Excellency Faisal bin Butti Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, stressed that building the capabilities of government human resources and enhancing their readiness to face the challenges of the future, is the focus of the vision of the UAE government, which is based on talent development and providing them with future skills and experiences.

He said that providing the content of the “ready” platform, in three new international languages, in addition to Arabic and English, and providing it with the partner governments of the UAE government in the initiatives and programs of cognitive exchange, reflects the government’s keenness to enhance positive partnerships, aimed at strengthening the government work system and upgrading government administration in a way that reflects positively on the life of societies.

By providing a ready platform for government cadres in the countries of knowledge exchange, seeks to share knowledge and transfer the best experiences and practices pursued by the government of the UAE in the field of government modernization, in addition to enhancing the readiness of countries and enabling them to keep pace with the requirements of the world of accelerated variables, and to understand the new and emerging topics and sectors that affect the areas of government work, in a way that contributes to raising the level of readiness and reflects positively on performance and productivity Government.

The platform provides the largest government cognitive content and provides registered programs and various MasterSals sessions in cooperation with the elite Emirati and international partners, in a way that contributes to preparing government talents for the future, and enhancing its contribution to the process of developing government work.

The platform covers many axes and skills that include driving, and digital skills that include digital transformation skills, blockchain, cloud computing, programming, third generation of the “Web 3.0” internet, cybersecurity, metaphors, in addition to data skills and artificial intelligence such as artificial intelligence skills, machine learning, huge data, management and data analysis, data display art And recount it.

It also covers a ready -made platform for new economics, such as climate neutrality skills, a circular economy, sustainability, digital economy, new economic models, and 10x skills to enhance productivity and accelerate achievement.

The “ready” platform represents a government initiative to enhance the readiness of the authorities and its cadres for the future, and provides interactive digital experiences designed specifically to meet the needs of government agencies and the aspirations of employees.

Since its inception in the late 2022, the platform won a number of awards and honors locally and globally. The World Economic Forum chose the beginning of 2024 “ready” initiatives among the best international projects in the report “Building Readiness for Tomorrow”, and also received the “Future Workplace Awards” award, as the best initiative that employs modern technology and artificial intelligence technologies in teaching, training and developing resources Government mankind, and won the Emirates Award invented 2024, for the category of best innovation in the use of resources, and was crowning the gold award for the category of innovation in the websites of education and training in the Steve Middle East and North Africa Awards 2024.

It is noteworthy that the government of the UAE launched the government cognitive exchange program in 2018, and signed strategic partnership agreements with a number of countries in all continents of the world, with the aim of transferring the best experiences and practices pursued by the UAE government in the field of government modernization, and managed through the initiatives of the government knowledge exchange office, to build the capabilities of more than 3.3 million trainees in more than 46 countries, with more than 2500 workshops, which spanned 34 million training hours.
