المملكة: “Health” launches “biotechnology speed” to support innovators in life sciences

The Ministry of Health launched the “Biotechnology speed” program; To support and enable innovators from male and female citizens in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences, by enhancing their scientific and commercial readiness, preparing them to attract investments, and expanding their access to global markets, in addition to stimulating their active contributions to developing the quality of health services.
This comes in line with the targets of the national biotechnology strategy and the program of transforming the health sector, within the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, seeking to build a “prosperous economy” based on innovation and diversity, and a “vital society” with sustainable health and integrated life quality.

Integrated framework

The program extends over a period of seven months, providing participants with an integrated framework that includes guidance, capacity building, and opportunities for communication with local and international investors and experts.
The program also includes advanced workshops, seminars, and individual consulting sessions, in addition to an exceptional opportunity to display innovations at the BIO 2025 International Conference.

Submit applications

The Ministry indicated that the deadline for submitting applications is May 8, with personal interviews and initial nomination to be held from May 15 to 20, while the final list of those admitted to the program will be announced on May 25, 2025.
The Ministry of Health continues its efforts in promoting health innovation and accelerating the scientific and commercial path of promising national projects.
The Ministry also calls on all innovators in the Kingdom, from the owners of entrepreneurial projects and startups, to initiate the registration and benefit from the opportunities provided by the “Biotechnology speed” program, and to inquire about all the details related to it through e -mail: [email protected].
