He added during the main speech of the global forum of airport leaders, under the title “Commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to formulating the future of aviation”, that there is a conviction that the future of travel will be without the use of any documents, and then the administration with all partners is preparing for this next day, indicating that in the past the traveler was going through the employee who checks his passport and seals in a traditional way, but the matter is different now, as this process is managed by intelligence Artificial, because all passports are programmed and automatically audited.

He continued, “When we talk about airports, we cannot mention the passport management, police, customs, or other parties and departments, but we all work under one umbrella, one of us completes, and we speak in the same language, and we apply the strategic plan itself, so when this success is achieved, it cannot be attributed to one party, but we are all partners in success, and this disperses work in Dubai airports from other airports.”

On the performance of the passport team, Al -Marri said: “There is no doubt that they did a distinguished and wonderful work. In 2024, we dealt with 63 million and 376 thousand passengers from arrivals and departures, including 25 million passengers who crossed through smart gates with ease and ease.”

He added that from the beginning of this year until the end of last April, the passport teams have dealt with 22 million and 785 thousand passengers, including eight million and 800 thousand who crossed through smart gates, bringing the total within 16 months to about 86 million and 161 thousand passengers, who crossed without the administration record one complaint, and this is a wonderful thing that reflects the dedication of all workers at Dubai Airport, especially passport employees.

He explained that despite the expansion of relying on artificial intelligence, the role of the human cadre is very important. In the case of suspicion of any passport, it automatically turns into a passport falsification expert who confirms the validity of the passport or not, and this was not achieved in the past, which reflects the development in this aspect.

He stressed that the airports in the world need a high efficiency in the level of security audit, but what is characterized by Dubai airports, is the quality of the security part, while providing easy and easy services, as well as opening up to receiving notes until their services are always evolved, and remain at the forefront.

He pointed out that the administration did not forget the children as well, so I devoted them the first passport counter in the world, and there are those who ask about the goal of that, and we respond to it, saying: “It is sufficient for the smile we draw on the face of the child.”
