Dubai Islamic Bank offers a donation of 19 million dirhams for the Sharjah Charitable Society

Sharjah, May 7 / WAM / The Sharjah Charitable Society announced today that it has received a donation from Dubai Islamic Bank of 19 million dirhams to be spent within the money zakat projects implemented by the association throughout the year and includes patient support, payment fees for the defaulting, providing monthly assistance, relieving distress and assisting the needy science students.

This donation comes within the partnership between the two sides, which resulted in enhancing the association’s ability to expand the circle of beneficiaries within the state and achieve an impact on the life of the needy segments.

Sheikh Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Charitable Society, expressed his great gratitude for this generous support by Dubai Islamic Bank, stressing that this is not strange to an institution that has a long history in giving and an extended relationship with the association that contributed over years to pushing many families towards a more dignified and stable life, indicating that the value of this donation is not only in the number that symbolizes it but in the meanings it carries and the effects it causes.

Sheikh Saqr Al Qasimi said that the money zakat project is one of the central projects with the association and the thousands of people in need of countries benefit annually, stressing that the association is not satisfied with delivering assistance, but works to deliver it to the health place at the time when the biggest difference occurs, stressing that the association has an accurate system in receiving assistance requests and a team specialized in studying cases in the field and social Dubai Islamic Bank’s contribution is proud and proud.
