A fine of up to 20 thousand riyals against those who control or try to perform the pilgrimage without a permit

The Saudi Ministry of Interior confirmed the application of a fine of up to (20,000) riyals against those who control or try to perform the pilgrimage without a permit, starting from the day (first) of the month of Dhu al -Qi’dah until the end of the day (14) of the month of Dhu al -Hijjah, and the deportation of infiltrators to the pilgrimage from residents and backward people to their country and preventing them from entering the Kingdom for a period of (10) Years. Riyadh, Sharqia, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom.
