Ahmed bin Mohammed looks at the progress of work in “Dubai Residence”

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the second deputy governor of Dubai, reviewed the most important institutional initiatives and projects that the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai implement its implementation, which in its entirety reflects the future trend of management, and that keeps pace with the growth of Dubai as a leading global center for business, trade and investment and a favorite destination on the world’s tourism map.

This came during the visit of His Highness today, Wednesday, to the headquarters of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, where he was received by His Highness, upon his arrival, General Mohamed Ahmed Al -Murri, Director General of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, and Major General Obaid Muhair bin Sorour, Deputy Director General.


His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum listened during the visit, in which His Highness Abdullah Al -Basti, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, and the assistants of the Director General of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, listened to an explanation about the administration’s initiatives, projects and development efforts that are consistent with the vision of the Dubai government in continuing to improve the services provided and adopt smart technologies, as a basis for an integrated work approach, focusing human comfort And his happiness, in a manner that is inspired by the finest practices and takes into account the best standards of excellence in the world.

His Highness praised the efforts of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs and its achievements in facilitating procedures, enhancing the experience of customers, and adopting the latest technologies in a manner that embodies the Dubai vision and supports its position as a leading model for future cities, serves the goals of comprehensive development and enhances the position of Dubai and the UAE as a global center for living, work and visiting.

The explanation provided to His Highness included: 360 services, service entrepreneurship initiatives, artificial intelligence applications, risk management systems, and internal audit practices, as well as a review of institutional efforts in enhancing institutional reputation, media communication and future forensic, improving the quality of employees ’life, and enabling sports within the work environment.

The visit also briefed the most prominent projects and practices that reflect the pioneering role of Dubai’s residence in providing service models that enhance the confidence of customers and contribute to the leadership of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE in various development indicators.
