المملكة: The Kingdom and America agreement on the need to stop the war in Gaza
His Highness the Foreign Minister stressed in the press conference that the US President’s visit to the Kingdom bears special importance and shows the keenness of the two countries to enhance the partnership to achieve common goals, pointing to the depth of economic relations and the distinguished partnership that brings the two friendly countries, and the total volume of trade between the two countries in the period from 2013 to the year 2024 AD reached about 500 billion dollars.

His Highness said: The Saudi -American Investment Forum witnessed dozens of meetings with the leaders of the private sector and the largest companies in the two countries, which resulted in partnership opportunities of $ 600 billion, including agreements exceeding 300 billion dollars in many fields, and the partnership of the two countries also includes a number of developmental and pivotal sectors, and supports efforts to diversify the Saudi economy and the opportunities available in the strategic and promising sectors in the American economy in the long term and the shareholders in Achieving targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
His Highness praised the announcement of the US President to lift the sanctions on sister Syria, appreciating the important step in order to rebuild Syria, looking forward to this contributing to the stability and rise of Syria, noting that the two leaders discussed developments in a number of brotherly countries, including Yemen, Lebanon and Sudan, stressing the Kingdom’s full support for everything that would achieve security and stability and prepare conditions of development and prosperity in the region.

His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the agreement of the Kingdom and the United States on the need to stop the war in Gaza, release the hostages, ensure the flow and flow of humanitarian and relief aid, and work to achieve a just and lasting peace.
His Highness reiterated the Kingdom’s continued role in bringing the views and encouraging peaceful solutions in cooperation with international partners, expressing the depth of the American -American strategic partnership through the holding of the American Gulf Summit, which reflected joint commitment to enhance cooperation between the Gulf states and the United States in all fields.
His Highness touched on the meeting of the American President with the Syrian President Ahmed al -Shara, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and with the participation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan by phone, as the leaders discussed opportunities to support Syria’s stability and ways to overcome economic challenges and lift the suffering of the Syrian people in the context of what the President announced yesterday to lift the sanctions imposed on Syria.
