A memorandum of understanding between "Abu Dhabi International" and"Securities in Hong Kong"

Abu Dhabi, May 15 / WAM / The ADGM Financial Services Authority and the Securities and Futures in Hong Kong announced today the signing of a memorandum of understanding, with the aim of enhancing the level of organizational cooperation in the field of supervising investment managers in collective investment plans, within the scope of both sides.
The memorandum was signed, on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the International Securities Organization, which was held in the Qatari capital, Doha, yesterday, in which Julia Lyong, CEO of the Securities and Futures Customs Authority in Hong Kong, Cristina Choi, the executive director of investment products in the authority, and Emmanuel Guevanakis, CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi Global.
The memorandum includes a framework for consultation, cooperation and information exchange with regard to supervision and control over the entities subject to control and organization and working in the field of management of cross -border funds and investments or providing consultations.
Julia Lyong said: The memo represents an important station in enhancing organizational cooperation between the two sides and developing regional bonding between the Hong Kong markets and the Middle East.
