Sharjah crowns a champion of the Emirates Handball Cup for the young category

Sharjah, May 17/ WAM/ Sharjah team (A) was crowned the Emirates Handball Cup for the young category for the 2024-2025 season, for the fifth consecutive and seventh time in its history, after its victory over the Al-Ahly youth team with a score of 25-17, in the final match that was held yesterday evening, on the outdoor stadiums of Al-Battah Sports Cultural Club.

Nasser Salem Al Hammadi, Secretary -General of the Emirates Handball Federation, crowned the Sharjah team with the championship cup and gold medals, while Al -Ahly youth team won the silver medals after its arrival in second place.

The title is added to the record of the Sunni stages teams in Sharjah Club, where the teams succeeded in achieving the dualism after it is also crowning the league title.

The club also won the league shield in all Sunni groups (youth, junior, and cubs), along with the Super and Cup title for the youth category.

The Sharjah Cubs team is scheduled to play the Emirates Cup final tomorrow against Khorfakkan, as part of the club’s endeavor to enhance its score of titles this season.
