The President of the Libyan State Council: The Dabiba government fell its legitimacy and we call for an alternative to a substitute within 48 hours
& nbsp; the head of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al -Mashri, stressed that the council continued with great concern and attention what the capital, Tripoli, and several Libyan cities from massive demonstrations and massive popular protests, in which citizens expressed their categorical rejection of the continuation of the government of Abdul Hamid Al -Duba, which was considered to have exceeded the legal period and failed to implement the entitlement Electoral. Which may not continue to perform its duties.
& nbsp; And the face of & ldquo; Al -Mashri & rdquo; An official letter to the Speaker of the Parliament for urgent communication with him with the aim of starting the procedures for assigning a national figure who is the presidency of a temporary government in a period not exceeding 48 hours, to ensure the continuity of the state and avoid the executive void.
& nbsp; The Supreme Council of State, Libyan & Nbsp, stressed the necessity of consensus between the two councils on a temporary government that runs the state for a short and specific transitional period, provided that this government is committed to creating appropriate conditions for comprehensive and transparent elections as soon as possible.
& nbsp; At the end of his statement, the Supreme Council of the State called on all local and international parties to respect the will of the Libyan people, and support the peaceful and constitutional path that meets the aspirations of citizens in change and stability.
