المملكة: It includes 7 categories … the launch of the 4th edition of the Digital Government Award

The Digital Government Authority announced the launch of the fourth edition of the Digital Government Award 2025, with the aim of activating a leading digital government in innovation and adopting national digital initiatives.
The award supports the digital government innovation to build an integrated digital community in the Kingdom, providing the best digital digital services, which contributes to improving the quality of life, achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, and enabling and accelerating the sustainable digital transformation.

Digital Government Award 2025

This is in addition to contributing to providing development and creative opportunities in the government sector, as it is a source of competitiveness in offering innovative digital solutions.
The Digital Government Award comes in its fourth edition by creating a new category for the private sector, in an effort to enhance the partnership in the field of digital transformation and spread the culture of innovation and excellence.

7 main categories

The award (Seven) included major categories classified as institutional groups and individual categories, which are in the field of institutional categories: (The best initiative in electronic participation, the best digital service, the best adoption of artificial intelligence applications, the best digital partner “private sector”, the best initiative in digital comprehensiveness).
While the individual groups came through (the best digital leader, the best promising employee), and the award winners are chosen by a neutral committee of experts and independent specialists from the organizer, the digital government, where the application started from Sunday and will continue until the end of Sunday (2025/10).

Motivating government agencies

The award aims to motivate government agencies in the Kingdom to adopt the highest local and international standards during the digital transformation journey, and to employ the latest technologies of artificial intelligence.
It also works to raise the efficiency of government work by consolidating the culture of innovation and excellence in using modern technologies, and providing more efficient and effective digital services, in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
It seeks to enhance the quality of government services and digital products, improve institutional performance, and facilitate business, in addition to consolidating innovation as a permanent tool in developing the government sector, in order to enhance the Kingdom’s digital position regionally and globally.
