Collaborate "Balance Council" And the ADNEC Group for organizing exhibitions, defense conferences and the representation of the UAE internationally
Abu Dhabi, May 19 / WAM / The Balance Council and the ADNEC Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing the integration of national efforts in organizing defense and security events, and the UAE’s representation on the international scene through specialized exhibitions and events.
The agreement was signed during the first day of the activities of “Made in the Emirates 2025” in the pavilion of the Balance Council, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Nasser Hamid Al -Nuaimi, Secretary -General of the Balance Council, and His Excellency Hamid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and CEO of ADNEC Group.
The agreement aims to enhance the position of the UAE as a leading center for innovation and defense technologies at the regional and international levels, through an effective partnership that includes joint planning and integrated implementation of specialized events in the defense sector, as well as unifying efforts in representing the UAE with global defense exhibitions under the umbrella of the national wing of the UAE.
His Excellency Dr. Nasser Hamid Al -Nuaimi stressed that this agreement represents a strategic step towards building a unified institutional model to represent the UAE in international defense events; He said: Through this cooperation, we seek to enhance efficiency in organizing defense events and enabling national companies specialized in defense industries to expand internationally under a unified umbrella, reflecting the state’s vision and strategic directions in the defense and security sector.
His Excellency Hamid Matar Al -Dhaheri said: We are proud of this partnership with the Balance Council, which enhances the role of “ADNEC” in supporting the defense system of the state by organizing global levels, and enabling the international presence of the Emirates through specialized platforms that highlight its industrial and technological capabilities.
He explained that the ADNEC Group, in cooperation with the Balance Council, will take over the organization and management of international events and participation of the Emirati Balance Council and companies under the umbrella of the council, to enhance participation in major global defense exhibitions, promote advanced and leading defense and security industries and open more markets for those products, in addition to providing an opportunity for those Emirati companies to build long -term partnership relationships and enhance foreign investments in industries Patriotism.
The areas of cooperation include coordination between the two parties in various organizational and technical aspects related to defense events, in a manner that ensures an integrated institutional presence of the UAE with a unified identity, and enhances the opportunities of national companies to reach regional and global markets.
This step comes as an affirmation of the commitment of both sides to enhance the integration of roles, develop an integrated system to support the growth of the defense sector in the UAE, and to open new horizons for international cooperation in this strategic field.
