Shakhbout bin Nahyan receives the president of the National Assembly in Senegal
Abu Dhabi, May 20/ WAM/ His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, received at the General Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Malik Nada, President of the National Assembly in the Republic of Senegal.
During the meeting, the bilateral relations between the UAE and the Republic of Senegal were discussed, and ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields, especially in development, stability and prosperity in the African continent.
The two sides also discussed the developments of the regional and international conditions of common concern, and affirmed the importance of strengthening diplomatic efforts and continuous coordination to support security and stability in Africa and the region.
The two sides praised the strong relations that bring together the UAE and the Republic of Senegal, and affirmed their joint keenness to push bilateral relations to wider horizons, to serve the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
