Cooperation between the Balance Council and "Slushis+" In digital solutions and common services

Abu Dhabi, May 20/ WAM/ The Balance Council, and Slushis+, one of Mubadala companies, yesterday, a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation frameworks between the two sides, signed a way to a partnership that contributes to expanding the scope of institutional services, digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and joint services, to support future operational operations of the two parties.

The memorandum was signed in the “Mubadala” pavilion during “Made in the Emirates 2025”, in the presence of Matar Ali Al -Rumaithi, Head of the Defense and Security Affairs Sector in the Balance Council, and Dr. Bakhit Al -Kathiri, CEO of the investment sector in the Emirates, Mubadala.

The memorandum, Nasser Al -Nabhani, Managing Director of Slushis+, and Salem Muhammad Al -Sabri, the CEO of the Finance and Institutional Services Unit in the Balance Council.

This partnership embodies the commitment of the common parties to innovation, operational excellence, and preparation for future requirements.

Salem Muhammad Al -Sabri stressed that the memorandum that combines the experiences of ‘Slushis+’ in institutional platforms and service models backed by artificial intelligence, and the ambitious vision of the Balance Council, represents a strategic step towards providing more efficient, intelligent and smooth institutional services through the various operations of the council.

For his part, Nasser Al -Nabhani said, through this partnership, to support the vision of the Balance Council in developing innovative institutional services and digital solutions that contribute to achieving a long -term value.

He added that this memorandum employs the deep ‘Slons+’ experiences in the service of government agencies, in the fields of digital solutions, human resources, financial, purchases, and integrated facilities management, which enhances its role as a reliable partner in institutional transformation at the level of government and semi -government agencies in the UAE.
