The group explained that the initiative benefited this year (62,875) domestic pilgrims, through direct communication via a specialized team working through the unified number, within an integrated system of proactive health care.
Before the Hajj season, the initiative made automated communications with pilgrims to verify the completion of the required vaccines, and ensure that General health status and accompanying chronic diseases, if any. After collecting and analyzing data, health service providers were provided with the necessary information to ensure appropriate health care readiness for each pilgrim.
Chronic disease cases
During the Hajj season, health follow-up continued through communication with pilgrims to ensure the stability of chronic disease cases and the availability of necessary medications for them.
In cases that required additional support, such as loss or insufficiency of medications during the Hajj trip, the information was immediately passed to health service providers to take the necessary measures and secure The treatment needs of the pilgrim as soon as possible.
After the end of the Hajj rituals, the initiative continues with the pilgrims to measure their level of satisfaction with the health services provided, and to obtain feedback that contributes to developing and improving the services, in addition to directing the beneficiaries to their health centers to complete health follow-up when needed.
