Volunteers and volunteers shine bright stars in the sky of giving and altruism, and their role is highlighted every year in providing great services to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, who flock through the air, sea and land ports of the Kingdom, to perform the rituals of Hajj, including the border department port in Sharurah Governorate in the Najran region, which this year receives more than 18 thousand pilgrims from the sisterly Republic of Yemen, to perform their rituals in an atmosphere of faith And spirituality.
The efforts of governmental and private agencies and the non -profit sector are combined in the border deposit port to provide distinguished volunteer services through the Health Monitoring Center, which provides necessary vaccinations, health safety guidelines and therapeutic protection for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.
Facilitate the crossing of pilgrims
Passport and customs departments make fun of all the capabilities to facilitate the crossing of pilgrims with ease and smoothness, while the city of pilgrims receives the flow of pilgrims, providing them with a comprehensive set of services in an integrated headquarters that extends over an area of 450 square meters, is carefully designed to achieve comfort and ease of movement.
This comes through a central reception hall equipped with comfortable seats and a hospitality that offers Saudi coffee, dates, drinks and meals for pilgrims upon their arrival.
More than 300 volunteers and volunteers are tasked with providing all the facilities and services necessary for the guests of Rahman with love and generosity, through the implementation of more than 25 thousand voluntary hours to serve the visitors of the Sacred House of God in the port, distribute 10 thousand “pilgrims”, and provide more than 100 thousand meals and drink with great welcome and welcome.
Organizing volunteer work
The Center for Social Development in Sharurah and the Charitable Society in the deposit with other government agencies work to organize volunteer work, and provide hospitality and hot and dry meals, while packaging them in a way that is easy to distribute to pilgrims.
Also, providing services to the elderly and persons with disabilities, which effectively contributes to enhancing the values of generosity and hospitality that the Kingdom is seeking to establish in every Hajj season.
