“Tihama” applies for the capital reduction to the Capital Market Authority

Tihama Company for Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing submitted, yesterday, a file of requesting approval to reduce the capital to the Capital Market Authority.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The request includes reducing capital from 400 million riyals to 226.024 million riyals, by canceling 17,397,572 shares of the company.
The shares are valued at 173.975 million riyals, for the purpose of restructuring the company’s capital to extinguish the accumulated losses.
