She explained that the mandatory clinical examination for newcomers in the first grade of primary school includes measurements of weight, height, and body mass index, in addition to a comprehensive assessment of visual acuity, teeth, and hearing.

She revealed the categories eligible for regular admission, indicating that they include children who are six years or older before August 24 of the year. 2020 AD.

It noted the exception of those under six years of age with a time difference not exceeding 90 days, to cover those born from August 25 to November 22, 2020 AD, provided that they have passed a full academic year in the kindergarten stage.

Education indicated that the kindergarten track has been classified into three precise levels to ensure age compatibility, with the first level “KG1” being available for those born on August 24. 2023AD until August 25, 2022AD.

She added that the second level “KG2” was designated for children born between August 24, 2022AD and August 25th, 2021AD, to accommodate the middle age stage.

She indicated that the third and final level “KG3” targets the segment of children born between August 24th, 2021AD until August 25th. 2020 AD, thus completing the age system for early enrollment.

The Ministry concluded that these precise and early controls aim to build a solid health and educational database, paving the way for a stable and stimulating academic year for academic achievement from the first day.
