"Sharjah pioneers" 1414 citizens of entrepreneurs are qualified in 2024

Sharjah, May 21 / WAM / The number of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, citizens benefiting from the Sharjah Foundation’s programs to support entrepreneurial projects “Pioneers”, reached 1414 people in 2024.

These training programs and professional diplomas, organized by the Foundation of the Department of Economic Development in Sharjah, aimed to qualify projects owners and develop their competencies in establishing and managing small and medium -sized companies.

Fatima Al Ali, director of the “Ruwad” Foundation in assignment, stressed that the Foundation adopts ambitious programs to enable national competencies in entrepreneurship, open new horizons for them, and develop their projects to become Sharjah a preferred destination for national entrepreneurial projects, noting that these training programs and professional diplomas provide specialized knowledge and skills in the administrative, financial, marketing, and legal fields, by integrating theoretical studies and applications The process.

Al -Ali pointed out that “pioneers” developed strong partnerships with higher education institutions and specialized training centers to implement these programs, based on the latest tools and technologies, and explained that training workshops cover wide areas that include developing pioneering and administrative skills, establishing and managing small projects, in addition to financial, accounting and tax programs, micro -master’s diplomas and identification workshops.

Fatima Al -Ali expressed her pride in the success of the Foundation in developing the competencies and skills of various categories, including existing projects owners, those wishing to launch new projects, school and university students, government agencies, retirees, and home licenses “such as two accreditation and path licenses.”

Amina Mohamed, Director of the Training, Research and Events Department, explained that the total professional programs and diplomas held by the Foundation since its establishment increased by the end of 2024 to 395 programs and diploma, with a total of 3,555 training hours, benefiting 9,724 trainees and trainees, and the Foundation succeeded in enhancing its strategic partnerships in the field of training and rehabilitation of entrepreneurs during the past year.
