Dubai Police is organizing a traffic exhibition to discuss the most prominent causes of accidents

The General Command of Dubai Police, represented by the General Traffic Department, in cooperation with the General Administration of Community Happiness, and Dubai Festival City Center, organized a comprehensive awareness exhibition, aimed at enhancing traffic awareness among members of society, highlighting the importance of the commitment of safe traffic and driving rules, as part of the continuous efforts of Dubai Police to reduce traffic accidents and enhance the safety of road users.

The activities of the exhibition witnessed the assistant Commander in Chief for Operations Affairs, Major General Abdullah Ali Al -Ghaithi, in the presence of the Director of the General Traffic Department, Major General Saif Maziri, and a number of senior officers and managers of sub -departments, as well as representatives of strategic partners from government and private agencies.

The exhibition includes a group of awareness pillars and interactive activities that highlight the most prominent causes of traffic accidents, such as preoccupation while driving, error, excessive speed, and others. It also included a display of Dubai Smart Police Initiatives in the field of traffic safety, identification platforms for digital services, and virtual simulation experiences of traffic accidents.

The exhibition also witnessed an entertainment corner dedicated to children, which was designed in a manner that combines education and entertainment, as it included workshops for drawing and coloring, mini -traffic games, and an interactive theater that provides educational offers on traffic rules in a simple language that suits small age groups, with the aim of enhancing the culture of commitment to traffic safety rules in children in a fun and motivational way, which contributes to building their awareness since childhood.

Major General Abdullah Al -Ghaithi praised the size of participation and interaction from members of society, stressing that the Dubai Police is keen to organize such awareness activities in various regions of the emirate, because of their positive impact on promoting traffic culture, reducing accidents and protecting lives. He also called on all concerned authorities to intensify participatory efforts and adopt the initiatives that support Dubai’s vision to be one of the safest and safe cities in the world.
