5 vacant technical jobs in the league within one week

Five technical jobs in the ADNOC Professional Football League have become vacant in one go, after clubs separated from their coaches, this week, for various reasons, to start this team, the journey to search for the appropriate alternative before the start of the preparations for the new season, in a reality that has been repeated in the recent period, where technical stability has become a rare currency.
The separation cases were distributed between an end to the contracts with the agreement of the two parties, or by one side, or the end of the contract period, which reflects a state of technical instability in a number of teams, despite the variation of its results last season.
The new technical reality threw its shadow over the high demand for training competencies, especially since the Emirates stadiums remain a favorite destination for many coaches around the world, thanks to the competitive environment and the attractive infrastructure, which made many prefer to stay in them even after the end of their career with the teams.
The last Romanian departure Daniel Isila, to which Bani Yas Club, the day before yesterday, thanked the period with the team, but the club soon announced the name of the new Bulgarian coach Evlyo Bogdanov, and on the same day, Khorfakkan Club thanked the citizen coach, Abdul Majeed Al -Nimr, who led the team to a historic awakening, and his position remains vacant, to become the number of vacant seats on five The vacancy of Bani Yas.
The Sharjah Club is one of the most prominent clubs looking for a new coach, after his coach, Romanian Oario Cosmin, who will experience a national experience in training the national team, bid farewell to the club’s management in front of a precise mission to choose who can continue the ambitious team project that was recently crowned with the title of “AFC Champions League 2”.
In turn, Al -Wasl ended his relationship with Serbian coach Milos Meloyevich, in a surprise move that is still surrounded by many question marks, despite the great successes he achieved last season.
In Al -Wahda Club, the relationship with the Slovenian coach Darko Milan, who had been assigned the task of leading the team until the end of the season only, which opens a new page in the journey of “His Excellency” in search of technical leadership in line with the club’s history.
In a similar scene, the relationship between victory and Dutch coach Alfred Schroeder, who decided to stop training to take a break, also ended, so that the “dean” is among the teams looking to correct its course, by bringing a technical device capable of returning the team to the competition circle. It is expected that the number of vacancies in the ADNOC Professional League will increase, which increases the momentum of “coach Mercato”, which may overwhelm the deals of the players to be held in the coming period.
Al -Awadi: The coaches changes are financial waste … and the departure of Schroeder is a great loss for the league
Khaled Al -Awadi. From the source
Sports analyst Khaled Al -Awadi said that the departure of the coaches at the end of the season has become a natural matter in the league, noting that ending the relationship between six clubs and its coaches is less than the usual number, explaining that this negative phenomenon is one of the most prominent problems of Emirati football, as it is one of the reasons for wasting money, stressing the need to rationalize spending, and Al -Awadi added to «Emirates Today»: “The results are achieved through the strategy Coaches have become a culture for clubs. There must be a clear vision. I understand that there are clubs that have ambitions and championships that make them unable to be patient, so they seek to change, but what about clubs that occupy medium positions or struggle to survive? ”
On the authority of Bani Yas coach, Daniel Isila, Al -Awadi said: “The required addition was not provided. The problem of Bani Yas lies in the absence of stability, and the weak quality of the players.” On the other hand, he praised the coach Abdul Majeed Al -Nimr, saying: “He provided good levels, and changed the team’s shape in an excellent way, but, as is the case of foreign coaches, he needs tools, and his departure is a great loss.”
And on the coach of Al -Wahda, he said: “The club has passed long and is going on in the same episode, and the team suffers from technical and administrative instability, in addition to a change in the level of the players, which shows that the defect is purely administrative.”
As for the coach of Al -Wasl, Serbian Milos Milvic, Al -Awadi described his departure with the great loss, stressing that he “returned Al -Wasl to the titles, and he is one of the best coaches who passed on the league, and one of the ADNOC League clubs must sign him.”
He praised Sharjah coach, Oario Cosmin, stressing that he is “a gain for any team.”
Al -Awadi concluded his speech by touching on the Al -Nasr team, describing the phenomenon of the departure of the coaches in it as “a routine, as is the case in Al -Wahda Club,” considering that “the continuous change of coaches is an administrative failure that calls for patience on the technical bodies”, stressing that “the departure of the Dutch coach Alfred Schroeder is a great loss for the league as a whole.”
