"refrigeration" 92 stations are managed in 6 countries with artificial intelligence through one center in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, May 29 / WAM / The National Central Reading Company “cooling” owns a cooling network that includes 92 stations in six countries that provide more than 1.3 million tons of cooling for its customers and manage it through the Abu Dhabi Control Center.
Khaled Al Marzouqi, CEO of “Reading”, said in statements on the sidelines of the World Facilities Conference held at the Denic Abu Dhabi Center, that artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in the next stage to enhance energy efficiency in regions cooling operations and reduce more carbon emissions.
He pointed out that “cooling” the first cooling company in the region has collected huge quantities of real operational data over more than 27 years, which helped it enhance digital transformation and apply artificial intelligence in its operations and said that these efforts are reflected in the control and follow -up center in Saadiyat Island – Abu Dhabi, through which the “cooling” is controlled and managed all its stations in the six countries.
He added that our arrival for this stage means automating all the operations of the stations and activating monitoring and control systems around the clock, and this is the basis stone for the next step, which is to harness the capabilities of artificial intelligence to enhance the proactivity in controlling the work of the stations and align the production capacity with the demand for cooling in a way that raises the energy efficiency and thus reduce pressure on electricity networks and this ultimately raises the ability to cool areas to reduce carbon emissions and support international efforts to reach Carbon neutrality by 2050.
