The CEO of “Bahrain Development” discusses joint cooperation with “Bahraini bankers”

Within the framework of the Bahrain Development Bank to enhance constructive cooperation with all the authorities concerned with developing the banking sector and upgrading the work environment, the CEO of the Bahrain Development Group, Dalal Al -Ghais, received the head of the Bahraini Banking Syndicate, Haitham Al -Rashdan, and the head of the Syndicate’s Membership Committee, Issa Ali, at the bank’s headquarters.
The meeting witnessed a friendly exchange of talk about the means of joint cooperation, the most prominent challenges and opportunities related to the banking sector, as well as discussing initiatives aimed at developing national cadres, and improving the institutional work environment in a way that balances the requirements of professional performance and the employee’s well -being.
Dalal Al -Ghais said: “We believe in the importance of cooperation with all partners in the banking sector, led by the Bahraini Banking Syndicate, which represents the voice of workers and seeks to support their interests. This meeting comes within the bank’s efforts to enhance positive institutional communication, and adopt initiatives that contribute to building a stimulating and attractive work environment for national competencies.”
For his part, the head of the Bahraini Banking Syndicate, Haitham Al -Rashdan, valued the speed of the Bank for Development Bank to request the meeting, which indicates the bank’s seriousness in cooperating with the union, and its confidence in what it provides to its employees of rights and gains, and the welfare it provides to them, and this response reflects the Bahrain Development Bank’s keenness to strengthen relations with the union, adding that there are many projects that the bank and the union can cooperate and coordinate To accomplish it in order to serve the bank employees.
This meeting comes in the context of the approach that the bank follows in opening effective communication channels with various parties, in a way that establishes its position as a leading development institution that supports the national economy through a balanced and sustainable work environment.
