The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation continues to implement the “How to build your home” program until the end of 2025

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation celebrated a new achievement in its efforts to enable citizens to build their homes, with the graduation of a new batch of participants within the “How to build your home” program, which aims to raise the awareness of customers and enable them to make smart and studied decisions at each stage of building housing.
The program, which is implemented in cooperation with the “New Economy Academy”, is an integrated educational initiative designed to keep pace with the needs of the beneficiaries of housing services. The program focuses on enhancing awareness in four main axes: legal, engineering, financial, and technical, by dealing with topics related to the rights of customers, mechanisms for choosing a consultant and contractor, the stages of contracting, and the methods of cost management effectively, as well as identifying the latest technologies and practices related to sustainability.
The Foundation launched the program in the beginning of 2025 as part of its commitment to implementing the general community initiatives that support citizens in all stages of their residential journey, starting from the planning stage, through design and implementation, to delivery and work. This comes in line with the Foundation’s vision in providing leading and sustainable housing services that guarantee quality and enhance the stability of the Emirati family.
In this context, Mohamed Hassan Al -Shehhi, Acting Executive Director, said: “How to build your home” is a strategic step in supporting the citizen’s journey towards possessing his residence in a conscious and sustainable way. And commitment to implementation. “
It is noteworthy that the program depends on interactive workshops and applied models, which reviews best practices in implementing housing projects, and encourages dealers to benefit from local experiences and practical experiences. The program includes the distribution of a comprehensive electronic booklet entitled “How to build your home”, which was prepared by the Foundation’s experts and engineers, to be a practical reference that covers the various stages from planning to maintenance.
The Foundation confirmed that the program will continue to receive new batches of dealers until the end of 2025, according to an accredited timetable that ensures the benefit of the largest possible number of those who are entitled to this awareness initiative.
