المملكة: Thunderstorms, active winds, and fog… Friday weather forecast in Saudi Arabia

Detect announced details of the expected weather conditions today, Friday, in the Kingdom, warning from , active winds, and fog in many areas.
The Meteorology Department stated in its report: There is still an opportunity for light to moderate thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds stirring up dust in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha and Makkah.

- Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 12-30 km/h over the northern and central parts and southerly to southeasterly at a speed of 15-40 km/h reaching 50 km/h with rain thunderclouds forming over the southern part as well towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
- Wave height: from half a mile One to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from one to two metres, reaching a height of more than two metres, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the southern part as well towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
- Sea state: light to moderate waves over the northern and central parts, and medium waves reaching wavy with rainy thunderclouds forming over the southern part as well towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Arabian Gulf
- Surface winds: northwesterly to Northerly at a speed of 10-30 km/h.
- Wave height: from half a meter to a meter.
- Sea state: light waves.
