Collaborate "Emirates Aluminum" and"Federal Youth" To develop the skills of Emirati youth

Abu Dhabi, June 2 / WAM / Emirates International Aluminum Company announced the signing of a cooperation agreement today, with the Federal Youth Foundation, with the aim of enhancing joint efforts in creating qualitative opportunities to develop the skills of Emirati youth, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Khaled Al -Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Foundation, and Abdel Nasser bin Kalban, CEO of Emirates International Aluminum Company, at the company’s headquarters in Al -Tawila in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Under the agreement, the two parties cooperate to develop a supportive system aimed at creating opportunities for continuous growth of youth in the UAE, in line with the directions of the National Youth Agency 2031.

Al -Nuaimi stressed that enabling young people and providing them with the necessary skills and opportunities is a firm approach within the framework of the national vision of building the future, pointing to the participation of efforts and aspirations with the UAE International Aluminum, to prepare a generation aware of the importance of its role in the development process, which embodies the company’s busy record in investing in youth talents and enhancing their innovations, stressing that this agreement will enhance the culture of excellence, creativity and cooperation between the youth of the country, And enable them to contribute to the economic and social development of the UAE.

Abdel Nasser bin Kalban said that the company is committed to empowering young people and supporting their role as a basic pillar that contributes to the positive change and supports comprehensive development paths, explaining that the partnership with the Federal Youth Foundation reflects the company’s strong march in enhancing the capabilities of the next generation of leaders, in line with the vision of the rational leadership, looking forward to cooperation with the Foundation to achieve common goals and aspirations.

The UAE International Aluminum founded the Youth Council in 2018 in line with the vision of the wise leadership in highlighting the role of youth, and enabling them to lead the march of development and innovation in the UAE, and the company’s team includes more than 700 employees under the age of 35 years.

The company also organizes multiple awareness programs aimed at encouraging students to join the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as these programs have been able to reach more than 35,000 students since 2018, including the “Future Engineering” program and the “Emirates International Aluminum Company” program.
