Saif bin Zayed looks at a number of initiatives and legislation of the Digital Life Quality Council

Abu Dhabi, June 3/ WAM/ The team, His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, briefed a number of initiatives and legislation that enhances protection for users in the digital world to continue to follow up the initiatives of the Digital Life Quality Council, during a meeting held at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of a number of members of the Digital Life Quality Council.
During the meeting, His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamid, Chairman of the National Media Office, Chairman of the Emirates Media Council, reviewed the role the Emirates Media Council plays in enhancing positive media content and its effective contributions in supporting the digital economy, reflecting the state’s position in developing a responsible and influential media environment.
The attendees emphasized to continue efforts and work to build a safe digital space that respects values and enhances awareness, in line with the rational leadership approach in preserving human dignity and protecting society, and consolidating the presence of the Emirates as a global center for responsible digital progress, by activating societal partnership and the integration of national roles, as it is a basic pillar in enhancing the quality of digital life, and protecting the future of generations from emerging digital challenges.
