Tourism and Antiquities: Forming an operating room and direct contact lines to receive communications during the days of Eid
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has formed an operations room from the representatives of the Central Administration of Tourism Companies, operating during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, which will continue until Monday, June 9, in light of the Ministry’s supervisory and organizational role to control the tourism work system and its keenness to ensure the quality of the services provided in order to preserve the safety of tourists and citizens, as well as pilgrims of tourism. In her part, Professor Samia Sami, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism Companies Affairs, Head of the Official Mission, Tourist Hajj and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah, explained that the operations room aims to receive, research and follow up on any complaints or violations that may be received from foreign tourists or Egyptian citizens during the vacation period, and work to quickly solve them and overcome any obstacles that may face visitors, in a way that ensures the provision of a safe tourism experience Distinguished.
