Health praises the efforts of the Saudi health authorities and the Egyptian medical mission in the Hajj season

& LRM; The Ministry of Health and Population announced the provision of 35 thousand and 864 medical services for Egyptian pilgrims during the Hajj season for this year, through the medical mission clinics in Saudi lands, as these services included 32 thousand and 922 visits to Makkah Al -Mukarramah clinics, and 2,942 visits to Medina clinics, within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to ensure the safety and health of pilgrims. Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesman of the Ministry, explained that 360 conditions have been transferred to Saudi hospitals, where 133 cases were seized for treatment, and 102 of them came out after their health improved, and 19 surgeries and 41 medical interventions were performed, in addition to coordination to conduct 6 dialysis sessions and a chemotherapy session, without registration Complications. Pilgrims in Mecca and Medina, as well as 1,491 health awareness seminars attended by 58 thousand and 667 pilgrims to enhance awareness of preventive measures, indicating that the emergency room received 450 reports via the hotline, dealt with efficiently and quickly.
