"Dubai stay" A meeting is organized within an initiative "Leadership partners" To consolidate the integrated government model

Dubai, June 9 / WAM / The General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai organized a coordination meeting within the second session of the “Leadership Partners” initiative, affiliated with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, with the aim of consolidating the integrated government model and strengthening partnership between government agencies.

The meeting was attended by a number of general directors of government agencies in Dubai, including the Community Development Authority, the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, the Department of Legal Affairs, the Endowment Corporation and the Management of Minors’ Funds, and the Dubai Sports Council.

Participants discussed the mechanisms for developing institutional performance, exchanging experiences and best practices in resource management and financial efficiency, and a joint action plan was approved between the establishment of Dubai and the participating bodies, aimed at raising the efficiency of services, enhancing readiness and sustaining government excellence in line with Dubai’s future directions.

His Excellency General Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, Director General of Dubai Residence, stressed that the meeting embodies the philosophy of government work based on partnership, noting that the directives of the wise leadership that Dubai be at the heart of change, not on its margins, constitutes a motivation to continue to support the system of excellence, adding that the leadership is not measured by individual achievements but by making the collective impact.

This initiative is an extension of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “May God bless him”, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, towards consolidating a global government model that enhances institutional integration and anticipates the challenges of the future.
