Hamdan bin Mubarak looks at the national team preparation program in preparation for the next stage
Abu Dhabi, June 13/ WAM/ His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Football Association, confirmed that all the capabilities of our national team are preparing to play the matches of the Asian Attaché qualified for the 2026 World Cup finals that will be held next October.
This came during the meeting of His Excellency today in his office in the capital Abu Dhabi, Cosmin Olario, our national team, where he was briefed on the preparation program proposed by the technical staff for the coming period that will witness the team’s matches, as well as participation in the second edition of the FIFA Cup, which will be held next December.
His Excellency was also briefed on the report of the technical staff of the last period in which the national team fought the teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan within the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
His Excellency the President of the Federation called on the clubs, the media and the fans to continue to circumvent the national team in this important period, and to provide the necessary support to the players in order to reach the desired goal, which is to qualify for the World Cup for the second time.
His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak said: “The Football Association is working to provide the best environment for the national team in order to continue preparing it in a way that suits the strength of the attachment matches. The Board of Directors will, as usual, will be the best support for the white in all the competitions in which it participates, so we hope that our team will achieve the aspirations of its fans and be among the World Cup teams.”
