A quarter of a century Center for Science and Technology launches "Scientific residence" For school students
Sharjah, June 17 / WAM / The Center for a quarter of a century for science and technology launched the “Scientific Residence” program under the slogan “Research with effect”, which is an intense national research experience that extends for a whole year, targeting high school students from various emirates of the country.
The program, which comes within the framework of the vision of the Emirate of Sharjah, supporting the building of the knowledge economy and enhancing investment in national energies, is based on enabling adolescents to take place in applied scientific experiences within research environments that simulate the challenges of reality under the supervision of a group of experts and specialists and is presented within four gradient levels that start establishing scientific research skills through applied practice to advanced development and publishing and ending with projects with a real impact in society and the field Academic.
This initiative comes as a continuation of the emirate’s tendencies in supporting research and innovation as an essential pillar to achieve sustainable development and consolidate Sharjah’s site as a knowledge and scientific center.
The program targets from 40 to 60 participants passionate about their research career, and registration is currently available to adolescents from the ninth to twelfth grade in preparation for the start of the program on August 9, 2025 at the headquarters of the quarter -century of science and technology in Sharjah.
