"Society Development in Abu Dhabi" Organizing awareness sessions on an initiative "Tidal" And the program "growth"
Abu Dhabi, June 21 / WAM / The Community Development Department in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Councils at the Office of Citizen and Society Affairs in the Presidential Court, organized a series of awareness sessions on the “Deem” initiative and the Emirati family growth program “Nemu”, during the month of May 2025, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance societal awareness of the most prominent initiatives, programs and services guided youth and the family.
The sessions highlighted the goals of the two initiatives and their most prominent achievements, and encouraged young people and those coming to marry the adoption of this approach that establishes the Emirati heritage, and enhances the values aimed at building a happy and stable family.
The dialogue sessions, in which His Excellency Dr. Mugher Khamis Al -Khaili, Head of the Community Development Department in Abu Dhabi, and His Excellency Eng. Hamad Ali Al Dhaheri, Undersecretary of the Community Development Department in Abu Dhabi, included direct meetings with community members in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra, during which they answered their inquiries, listened to their observations and experiences, to develop these initiatives with a sustainable social impact.
The Community Development Department emphasized the importance of direct communication with society, benefiting from the councils as effective platforms to enhance societal dialogue, and listen to the opinions and experiences of young people who benefit from the services of the “Deem” initiative that contributed to enabling them to start a more stable marital life away from financial pressures.
The department explained that it is continuing, within the year of society, in cooperation with its partners to develop social programs that meet the aspirations of youth and the family.
Cooperation with Abu Dhabi Councils comes to enhance access to various segments of society in the emirate, and to benefit from the role of the councils as vital platforms for effective community communication.
The sessions were held in the community councils in Abu Dhabi, Al -Ain, Al -Dhafra, Beni Yas, Al -Halia, Mazad Council, Al -Masoudi Council, and the Muhammad Al -Mahmoud Council. And the Zayed City Council in the Al Dhafra region.
