The Minister of Health is inspecting Nasr City Hospital for Health Insurance and Specialized Medical Councils
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, completed his sudden inspection tour that he made this morning, Saturday, with the visit of Nasr City Hospital for Health Insurance, in the context of his keenness on the field presence and direct communication with medical teams and patients, and reassuring the extent of their satisfaction with the service, and overcoming any obstacles that may face the course of the work of the system. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, that the minister directed a review of maintenance work for medical devices, as well as non -medical finishing work and increasing the number of employees of cleaning services in the hospital, explaining that during the inspection of the rooms and units of the hospital, the minister listened to the complaint of one of the patients on the waiting arenas, and immediately directed quickly to take the necessary to obtain the service. & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; The minister inspected the outpatient department, and directed a speed of studying the extent of the possibility of separating the clinics of the frequencies from the retirement beneficiaries, from the clinics of the frequencies from the patients present in the service, to facilitate the elderly, in addition to activating the electronic reservation system with clinics to include more specializations to facilitate the beneficiaries, especially the elderly. Reception and emergency, directed by the presence of only one facilities with the patient, to reduce the congestion and in order to ensure the safety and security of patients, as he stressed the need to increase the number of individuals entrusted to the service and assistance of patients and respond to their inquiries and facilitate their access to health and treatment services. Renewing healthy cards, in order to relieve citizens, especially the elderly, as well as directing by sending a team of follow -up and evaluation in the ministry, for the hospital’s workflow, and developing a development plan that is appropriate to the size of the services provided and the number of hesitants, in order to ensure that the patient gets his health service with the highest quality and efficiency. The hospital, to check on the availability of medicines and review inventory and procedures for dispensing medicines for patients, as he was directed to coordinate between clinics and pharmacists, to write medicines and ideals available in the hospital pharmacy, in addition to reviewing the availability of medicines and reporting the available balances before any shortage of them. The headquarters of the specialized medical councils in the Nasr City neighborhood, where the box office inspected and continued the procedures for registration of the frequencies, listened to the opinions and proposals of citizens regarding the procedures for issuing treatment decisions at the expense of the state.
