"Energy and infrastructure" The second phase of the bureaucracy is launched

Dubai, June 23 / WAM / The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced today the launch of the second phase of the bureaucracy project for government services in the ministry, which aims to radically redesign services by reducing the number of steps, reducing documents and fields and shortening the time required to provide and obtain service, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
This came during the first forum for the bureaucracy for the year 2025, which was held in Dubai, in the presence of a number of leaders of the ministry and the relevant authorities, as part of its efforts to simplify procedures and enhance the experience of customers, in the context of supporting the target of the UAE government in accelerating the pace of government transformation and providing proactive and effective services.
During the forum, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the Bureaucracy Award was announced during the forum. To honor the best practices in the field of reducing procedures and improving the experience of customers, as part of efforts to motivate the Ministry’s employees to adopt a culture of innovation and leadership in providing services, and to involve partners and customers in the whistle efforts.
