The Prime Minister reviews the results of cooperation between "Oxford" And 500500 Hospital to develop genetic treatment for cancer

& Nbsp; Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly confirmed that health care is receiving great attention to the Egyptian state; Where it adopts a clear vision to advance the health of the citizen, as the main pillar of construction, the axis of development and the pillar of the future, and there are many presidential initiatives in this field, especially those related to early detection of cancerous tumors, and there is no doubt that the new research experiences will contribute to providing advanced treatment in the treatment of various types of tumors. To review and follow up the results in cooperation between the University of Oxford and the 500500 Hospital to develop genetic treatment for cancer, whose memorandum of understanding was signed at Cairo University on December 15, 2024, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj Al -Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention, Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Chairman of the Health Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq, President of Cairo University, and Dr. Omar Sherif Omar, Secretary of the Supreme Council for University Hospitals, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Mutti Samra, Dean of the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University. Providing low -cost treatments by transferring technology to Egypt and implementing training programs, in a way that represents a great investment in the future of the health sector in Egypt. A very important step in supporting Egypt’s efforts to combat and treatment of tumors.
