Wide echoes to double the value of the financial prizes for the Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jujitsu Championship

Abu Dhabi, June 27 / WAM / The directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, received the value of the financial prizes of the Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed for Jujitsu Championship, with wide echoes and great welcome from sports and societal circles, because of the clear indications of the continuous support that the rational leadership of qualitative sports, stimulating national talents on national Excellence and brilliance in sports forums.
A number of officials and participants praised the generous initiative, stressing that it constitutes a strong boost to the tournament march and reflects His Highness’s commitment to consolidate the position of jujitsu as one of the most prominent sports on the local and international scene.
His Excellency Youssef Abdullah Al -Batran, a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Jujitsu Federation, stressed that the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi to double the prizes represent a pioneering step that enhances the competitiveness of the championship and elevates the levels of performance among the players.
He said, “This initiative reflects the wise vision of the wise leadership and its constant keenness to support sports and athletes, and to provide incentives that contribute to developing performance and expanding the base of practitioners.”
For his part, Jassem Muhammad Al -Marzouqi, CEO of “Amsk”, expressed his appreciation for the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, indicating that the continuous development witnessed by the tournament reflects the success of the strategy followed in organizing high -level sporting events.

The Brazilian coach Igor Lesdarda, from the Sharjah Psychological Sports Club, stressed that doubling the awards will have a major impact on the morale of the players and the technical staff, pointing out that the tournament is witnessing a qualitative development in performance and organization, and is considered a role model in the region.
Po Bo Shaib Al -Idrisi from Bani Yas Club – winner of the gold category of 62 kg professors – appreciated the great support that the tournament enjoys, indicating that what distinguishes it is to provide an ideal competitive environment worthy of the aspirations of athletes, and encourages them to provide their best levels.
Today, in the “Mubadala Arena” in Zayed Sports City, the first day of the fourth round of the Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jujitsu Championship – for the suit category, was launched, in the presence of a remarkable public presence and a wide participation of local clubs and academies, along with high technical levels witnessed by the women of youth, adults and professors.
The tournament witnessed the presence of a number of dignitaries, including His Excellency Mohammed bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, His Excellency Youssef Abdullah Al -Batran, member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Federation for Jujitsu, Brigadier Khalfan Abdullah Al Mansoori, General Manager of the Acting Abu Dhabi Center for Management of Periodic Materials, Jassem Muhammad Al Marzouqi, CEO of “Astrak”, and Anglo Carlino, CEO of Agosta Westland Aviation Services Representatives of partners and sponsors, clubs and participating academies.
The results of the first day resulted in the top of the Baniyas Club, the overall ranking table, while Al -Jazira Club came second, and the “Mod” Academy in third place, in confirmation of the high level of competition and high efforts for the participants.
The tournament continues its second day amid a great anticipation of a tour of the enthusiastic competitions, in light of its growing support from the wise leadership, which reflects positively on the performance of the players and enhances the state’s position as a leading global sports platform.
