The free zones in Sharjah win 4 prestigious prizes in distinguished financial performance
Sharjah on July 6 / WAM / The Sharjah International Airport Free Zone Authority, and the Al -Hamriyah Free Zone Authority in Sharjah, won 4 prestigious awards within the sixth session of the Excellent Financial Performance Awards, organized by the Central Finance Department in Sharjah, in the culmination of the efforts of the two bodies in applying the highest financial and tax management standards, and promoting the principles of transparency, compliance and governance.
Al -Hamriyah Free Zone won the “Independent Independent Prize in the application of revenue standards”, while the Sharjah International Free Zone Authority won the leading independent award in the application of account standards and tax affairs, and in the individual awards, Mohamed Al Marzouqi won the Sharjah International Airport freely the new financial employee award distinguished from the independent parties, while Digo Balcarishnan won the free free of charge Al -Hamriya, the Excellent Tax Analyst Award from independent parties.
His Excellency Saud Salem Al Mazrouei, Director of the Free Zone Authority in Al -Hamriyah and the Free Zone Authority for Sharjah International Airport, stressed that the victory of the two bodies with these awards is a real culmination of their continuous efforts in developing financial and administrative systems in accordance with the highest global standards, and their continuous keenness to build an integrated system that is efficient and transparent, and is based on complete compliance with financial and tax controls, and enhancing the principles of rational governance, in light of Constant support from Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority and his relentless follow -up to all the work of the two bodies, which had a great role in achieving this success, indicating that this achievement reflects the commitment of the two bodies to adopt smart systems, and achieve financial and operational sustainability in a way that contributes to the advancement of the experience of investors and the support of the sustainable economic development goals of the Emirate of Sharjah.
His Excellency Al Mazrouei thanked and appreciated the Organizing Committee and the Central Finance Department for this honor, stressing the continuation of work to achieve more excellence and implement the highest standards of governance and advanced financial management, which directly contributes to enhancing confidence with local and international investors, which increases the chances of attracting specific and varied investments that enhance the location of the two free regions as an economic and investment center pioneering at the regional and international levels.
