"Identity and nationality" The features of the future of services are determined
Abu Dhabi, July 16 / WAM / The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security revealed its main axes to whistle the bureaucracy, which is based on the employment of artificial intelligence, the development of joint government packages, and the guarantee of digital readiness.
This came during the “Expo topple bureaucracy” forum organized by the commission under the slogan “Bouquets and Joint Services” in the framework of the second session of the bureaucracy that the authority launched for the second year in a row from June 23 to July 23.
His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Authority, stressed that the achievement of “zero bureaucracy” is a firm strategic orientation, and he said: We seek to construct a leading and innovative government services system that supports the state’s leadership globally.
He explained that the authority has already succeeded in applying artificial intelligence in its internal systems, and is working to expand it to include customer applications in order to facilitate their journey and happiness.
The forum witnessed a review of successful experiences of strategic partners such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ajman Digital Government, where Dr. Ahoud Ali Shahil, Director General of the Ajman Digital Department, shed light on the “Next Generation Services” program, stressing that it reflects a firm commitment to redesign the government work system, and to provide proactive and smooth services axis human.
For his part, His Excellency Major General Saeed Salem Al -Shamsi, Acting Director of Identity and Foreigners Affairs of the Authority, stressed during a dialogue session to support the unlimited leadership to create creative solutions facing the challenges of customers, stressing that the authority has an ambitious plan to shorten procedures and reduce the time of completion of services.
