Ibn Touq: On the day of the reign of the Union, we celebrate the values of the tall union
Abu Dhabi, July 18/ WAM/ His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq Al -Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism, confirmed that the day of the Federation’s era, which was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, last year, represents a precious national occasion through which we celebrate the values of the lofty union that was established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and his brothers, the founding rulers, may God bless them.
His Excellency said in a speech to him on this occasion, that this day enhances in the conscience of generations the spirit of belonging and loyalty, and renews the national cohesion about our wise leadership, and embodies pride in the sacrifices and efforts made to build a strong union that keeps pace with the aspirations of its people and achieves its aspirations.
He added, on this day, a memory of a detailed moment in the history of the UAE, when the union document and the constitution of the state were signed, to start with it an exceptional stage of development and prosperity, and today, the state continues its career with an ambitious vision that looks forward to the future, and established its position as one of the most competitive economies in the world.
His Excellency renewed the covenant by intensifying efforts and sincere work, to continue achieving the achievements that would enhance the state’s position within the ranks of the best countries in the world.
