Deputy Minister of Health inspects health facilities in Matrouh and directs to enhance services

Dr. Amr Qandil, Deputy Minister of Health, conducted an inspection tour for two days of health facilities in Matrouh Governorate, accompanied by a central supervisory team from the Preventive Medicine and Primary Care sectors, to follow up the quality of health services and communicate with medical teams and citizens, this came in implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health The population. He also visited the Matrouh General Hospital, inspecting emergency departments, radiology, dialysis, and heart care, and directed to solve citizens ’complaints immediately, with accurate follow -up of medical conditions, stressing improving medical supervision. At the Children’s Specialized Hospital, he praised the commitment of the medical team and the quality of services. & lrm; The Deputy Minister inspected the model clinic for health insurance in Matrouh, directed by the increase in the number of doctors, the allocation of a team to follow up with chronic diseases, and to announce clearly work dates, while facilitating the procedures for serving citizens.

At the end of the tour, the Deputy Minister presided over two meetings with the leaders of the Directorate and hospitals, during which he discussed the monitors observed, and recommended that penalties be signed on the infection control team at Sidi Brani Hospital and the Director of Basic Care in Dabaa to shorten them, and disbursed rewards for distinguished departments such as environmental monitoring And laboratories.
