Soliderri Bahrain enriches the digital customer experience by developing its electronic portal

Soliderri Bahrain, one of the major insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the subsidiary of the Solidrit Group Holding, has announced the development of its electronic portal to include more advantages that make the digital insurance experience more flexible, dependent and efficient.

The digital transformation came with the aim of simplifying the processes and procedures for issuing and renewing insurance policies, and enabling users to adjust their documents at any time, in addition to providing direct benefit from the basic services once only a few steps. Thanks to the advantages that have been added, the electronic portal of Solidarti Bahrain becomes an integrated platform for self -service, as it allows users to flexible management of all their insurance documents, and make all the necessary transactions with simplified and soft steps, which contributes to canceling the need to visit the branches, and avoids long waiting times.

Commenting on this step, Mr. Hussein Sabt, Acting Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Unit at Solidari, commented: “The automation of insurance services has become from the strategic directions in the management of the institution’s business, and a necessary inevitable process is necessary, especially in light of the aspirations of the Kingdom of Bahrain towards digital transformation. In addition to all of this, users will benefit from the flexibility feature in changing the insurance plan, the ability to adjust the insurance amounts or choose additional coverage. The portal will also allow users to ratify car insurance documents at any time and anywhere, in addition to providing the transfer of the ownership of the insurance policy, changing the vehicle board number, changing the bank insurance account, and many others.

Through its electronic portal with the developed version, Solidarti Bahrain will revolutionize the car insurance experience, as the electronic portal provides faster and more flexible ways to manage the insurance documents digitally. Where the updated portal is designed by adopting an existing programming methodology in all its stages to measure the needs of customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and the smooth transition to this improved electronic experience.
