"Dubai Resources" organize "Community Change Laboratory"

Dubai, July 22/ WAM/ The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, represented by the management of strategy and excellence, organized the “community change laboratory” in support of the goals of the year 2025 “the year of society” in a move aimed at preparing qualified human cadres, and enhancing its participation in community and institutional initiatives.

Representatives of the Community Development Authority, the Dubai Women Foundation, and the Dubai Sports Council, along with a group of experts and leaders from the government and private sectors, participated in the laboratory to discuss a set of qualitative initiatives that contribute to the consolidation of societal integration and enhance the role of individuals in sustainable development.

His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, stressed that the organization of the laboratory embodies the department’s commitment to the general community’s targets, and its endeavor to establish an integrated system that supports government integration and promotes the quality of life.

He pointed out that “the year of society” is an invitation to consolidate the values of cohesion and solidarity, and that human resources represent a head of societal change, pointing out that the laboratory aims to develop solutions based on societal innovation, in a way that enhances the flexibility of institutions and builds a stimulating environment for participation and interaction.

The laboratory dealt with four main axes: policies and systems supporting all groups, empowerment, building capacity, digital empowerment, artificial intelligence, posts and partnerships aimed at supporting people of determination, retirees and women through sustainable partnerships with the private sector.

Participants in the conclusion of the laboratory’s work stressed the importance of converting strategic visions into practical initiatives that enable society groups and enhance institutional integration, in line with the Dubai government’s vision in achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.
