& nbsp; The delegation of the Ministry of Health and Population, reviewed Egypt’s pioneering experience in implementing the integrated national strategy to eliminate the transmission of infection from mother to child, in line with the quadruple frame set by the World Health Organization, which includes preliminary prevention, the integration of reproductive health services, the provision of mother and child services, and the comprehensive follow -up to the family. For the health of the mother and the fetus, which was launched in March 2022, as an integrated model for community health care, which covers more than 3000 primary care units at the level of the Republic, including the border and rural areas, and provided free examination services to more than 3.2 million pregnant women, including the detection of HIV, and the hepatitis B virus, and pink, along with early detection of other pregnancy diseases such as pregnancy diabetes and high pressure Blood, obesity, while providing continuous treatment and follow -up to mothers and births.

& nbsp; The session witnessed an affirmation of the vital role of community health workers and health intellectuals in spreading health awareness, and providing support to the targeted groups, especially non -Egyptians residing in Egypt, and the results of the initiative’s economic evaluation showed the provision of financial expenses estimated at 1.8 billion Egyptian pounds, with an investment return of 43%, which reflects the positive and sustainable impact of investment in preventive health care within Egypt Vision 2030.
