He pointed out that the authority signed partnerships with more than 20 tourist entities to promote heritage lessons services within the bouquets of visitors, with the aim of enhancing the presence of maritime transport in the tourist scene of Dubai, and supporting marine tourism as part of the identity of the cultural emirate.
He touched on the authority’s efforts to expand the tourist presence of heritage lessons, whether through participation in major exhibitions and events such as Gitex, WetEX, Expand North Star, Dubai International Boat Fair, or by organizing awareness workshops in cooperation with hotels and tourism companies, in addition to cooperation agreements with the Department of Economics and Tourism in Dubai and the Commercial and Tourism Development Authority in Sharjah.
The Roads and Transport Authority in the Emirate of Dubai applies the highest safety standards in heritage abras, by providing them with integrated safety equipment that include survival jackets installed in a way that does not affect the general view, built -in fire extinguishers, and clear indicative panels, as well as periodic training for the two veins to deal with emergency situations, and conduct periodic exams for the wooden structure, engine and emergency equipment, in addition to preparing Porses with a smart camera system for operating and passenger behavior.
