38600 transactions you accomplished "Ras Al Khaimah Economy" During the first half
Ras Al Khaimah on July 28/ WAM/ The Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah recorded an exceptional growth in the volume of commercial transactions by 76.4% during the first half of 2025.
The department indicated that 38,600 transactions were completed, during the first half of 2025 compared to 21,880 transactions during the same period in 2024, which reflects the growing confidence in the local economy and the increase in demand for investment in the emirate.
Commercial Affairs Administration reports showed that the commercial license modification service topped the list of the most requested services by 3,330 transactions, followed by the economic name reservation service with 3,009 transactions, which reflects the dynamism of the business market and the expansion of the investor and entrepreneurial base in the emirate.
The Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah recorded a sustainability rate of 99%, in addition to growth in the number of valid licenses by 5.8%, which indicates the strength of the continuity of commercial projects and their stability within a stimulating and competitive economic environment.
In terms of operational efficiency, the department continued its efforts to enhance the quality of the services provided, achieving a precision rate in the completion of transactions of 98.5%, with an average time not exceeding five minutes to complete the one transaction, thanks to the remarkable development in the digital structure and the speed of the response of qualified work teams.
Amina Qahtan, Director of Commercial Affairs Department in the department, stressed that these positive indicators reflect the growing position of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah as a flexible and attractive business environment for investment, in line with the goals of the strategic department in supporting a varied and sustainable economic growth.
