Minister of Justice: The UAE is developing a digital national system based on justice, transparency and human rights protection

Abu Dhabi, July 29/ WAM/ His Excellency Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al -Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, affirmed the firm commitment of the UAE to fight the crime of human trafficking, which is a violation of human dignity.
His Excellency said, in a statement on the occasion of the International Day to Combat Human Trafficking, which falls on July 30 of each year, that the UAE is constantly developing an integrated digital national system based on justice, transparency and human rights protection, pointing to the great importance that the state attaches to the employment of modern technology, including artificial intelligence, to support national efforts in accelerating procedures, and coordination between the concerned authorities in a way that contributes to mitigating The suffering of the victims and ensuring that the perpetrators do not escape punishment.
His Excellency stressed that the effective confrontation of this phenomenon requires comprehensive international cooperation, pointing to the UAE’s keenness to enhance its partnerships with all countries and international organizations and exchange experiences and information in order to build a unified front against human trafficking, given that the elimination of this crime is a shared responsibility that can only be achieved by everyone’s solidarity.
