73 thousand licenses to practice medical professions within 7 months

The Ministry of Health and Population announced the issuance of 73,376 licenses to practice medical professions, during the period from January 1 to July 28, 2025, as part of its strategy to develop the health system and meet the needs of the medical sector. High -quality healthcare in all governorates.

Statistics included 51,482 licenses for the first time, of which 12.167 for human medicine, 10.108 for nursing technicians, 8,040 for nursing specialists, 5,949 dentistry, in addition to 21,894 licenses for renewal. Zaki, Head of the Central Administration of NGOs and Licensing to 3,537 licenses for physiotherapy practitioners, 368 for physiotherapists, 2,015 chemists, 1,634 for pharmacists, and 1,540 for veterinarians, as well as licenses for radiology, laboratory, dental, medical registration, maintenance, and medical devices, which reflects the Ministry’s comprehensive support for the health system. & lrm; The Ministry affirmed its efforts to improve the work environment for the medical teams, and to ensure the provision of sustainable health services with the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
