Urgent .. those who are forbidden to exercise their political rights in accordance with the law? The National Elections answer

The National Elections Authority explained that it is temporarily deprived of political rights the following categories:

First:

    Second:

    • Whoever was issued a final ruling to commit the crime of evading the tax or committing the crime stipulated in Article (132) of the Income Tax Law promulgated by Law No. 91 of the year 2005."RTL">
    • Whoever was issued a final ruling for committing one of the crimes stipulated in Decree Law No. 344 of 1952 regarding the corruption of life Political."RTL">
    • from a final ruling against him from the Values Court to confiscate his money."RTL">
    • whoever has a final ruling against him, or by supporting his decision, from the service of government, public sector or public business sector, for committing a crime that violates honor or Honestly."RTL">
    • from a final ruling against him, for committing one of the crimes of confusion by fraud or negligence."RTL">
    • sentenced to a final judgment in a felony."RTL">
    • Whoever is issued against him a final ruling to punish him with a negative punishment for freedom, for committing one of the crimes stipulated in Chapter Seven of this Law."RTL">
    • Whoever is issued against him is a final ruling to punish him with the imprisonment penalty:

    a) for committing a crime of theft, hiding stolen things, erection, betrayal of honesty, bribery, forgery, forged papers, false testimony, witnesses of witnesses, or a crime to get rid of military service And patriotism."RTL"> & nbsp;

    b) for committing one of the crimes stipulated in Chapter Four of the Second Book regarding the embezzlement of public money, aggression on it, treachery, or in Chapter Four of the third book of the Penal Code regarding the indecent assault and corruption of morals. Dir ="RTL"> & nbsp;

    • from naturalization of Egyptian nationality and was not over five years."RTL">
    • Also, members of the armed forces are temporarily exempt throughout their presence in active service, and police officers and officers throughout the period of their service in the armed forces or the police throughout their presence in the service."RTL"> & nbsp;

      It is worth noting that voting operations in the Senate elections are taking place outside Egypt on Friday and Saturday, and at home on Monday and Tuesday.
